The charging socket has a spring-loaded flap that opens automatically when unlocked. This charging socket is required to ensure compatibility with the FIT BAT Buddypack 240 48V. The FIT Buddypack connection cables can be securely locked into this socket so that they do not come loose from the charging socket while driving.
